Enrollment Instructions
All forms can be filled out online, or you can download and complete them manually to bring in person. Please note that filling out all of the required paperwork will take approximately 20–30 minutes, so be sure to set aside enough time to complete everything in one sitting.
Handbook
Before starting the enrollment paperwork, please download and review our Parent Handbook. After reviewing it, you will need to complete the Handbook Acknowledgment Form to confirm that you have received and read the handbook.
Enrollment Paperwork
Fill out each form one at a time. After completing each form, please return to this page to complete the next form. Before submitting, double-check that all forms have been completed thoroughly.
